Reminds me of the stars

Like ones we watched

As stories,

Memories, and more

Tumbled from chilly lips

Into a head that lay

Meer centimeter away

As the night dragged on

Clouds covering the stars,

Pinpoints of light

Like the tears that gleam

On your cheeks

When your hopes and joys

Are laid bare

Like the ones you shed

Stories of those

Who told you
