Cheese and love

Cheese and love

A Poem by Ashentara
"

the first part was written by my late fiancé.. the rest, my wishful writing...

"

Him:

Amongst the bland surroundings, there laid a broken heart. It belonged to a man who grew cold and was starving. This man fell into a deep slumber, he dreamt far away from love, even in his dreams remained his broken heart. One day this man stumbled across an island, there he met some Musers. There was one in particular who caught his attention. This man spoke to this young woman and he learnt of her kind nature.
As time past, he learnt of a secret, for she was like no other woman, she was a superhero.
This young man was excited to learn of this superhero's powers he was amazed and intrigued by her.

I, a man who once existed in bland surroundings
Now see colour and beauty even within the simple things
I, once a broken man, have mended.
I, a simple man saw everything change...
The speed of light projected from her
It shone brightly in my eyes
It warmed my heart and soul
At last beauty had arrived
This young sun rose up high and nourished my world below
Illuminating peace and joy and allowed the simplicity of love to grow
I once a man with dreams that held no love
I am now a man who dreams of his one and only

Me:

I miss you so much tonight

I miss your laughter, your sweetness

I miss your cheesiness

I miss the way you always cheered me up

I miss the way you brightened my days and nights

I miss our insane conversations

I miss our chats

I miss your understanding

I miss getting all excited when I got a mail from you

I miss the cheese and the love

I miss everything about you…

Love can touch us one time, but last for a lifetime.

wow, this was so sad, yet so utterly beautiful, and creative of you to add to his piece . The last line is unversal, yet so powerful as the ending here.
Beautiful writing
