Wake up

Have you ever seen a sight,
so powerfully sad?
It made your heart twist
and tears stream out.

When last did you feel,
an emotion so strong,
that it ripped through,
your entire being?

How often can you say,
your inner turmoil is seen.
That you let yourself feel,
before it was too late.

Do you sometimes feel,
less than human?
Look at everything around you
and just not care.

Its time to wake up,
open that closed soul.
Give yourself a chance,
to be less than dead

I read this in an evening time, here the wind's blowing nicely and it's a cold wind here and i enjoyed this piece. 'WAKE UP', it's seem llike a 'Wake up' Song!
Words're strong as you.. oh, i meant as you writing...lol i'd now love to read some more stuffs. Keep writing, you've a talent.
