Sinner

Sinner

A Poem by Ash
"

A call to all religious pharisees

"

A term so bland and blurred

No line to define what it means

today is almost forgotten

I a wolf write to you

The same as me yet in your mind

you are superior

You " mediocrity incarnate

Not perfect but close enough

Close enough to display judgement

A gay man and if not him

A thief and if not him

A murderer and if not him then me

But look inside festering

You " a liar adulterous envier

Full of a pack of lions so much

you put yourself on pedestal

Even when you are the gay man

You are the thief

You rest your head next to the murderers

A serpent in the garden

A wolf in sheep’s clothing

A mask wearer while defacing religion

With your lies adultery envy judgment

Wake up you " proclaim who you are

Not perfect close enough

Not close enough

Not close

Sinner
