Why is workplace harassment a norm? Why is it that we feel glad if we are treated properly when that's how it's supposed to be?

Why do we have to be your punching bags?
Because we work for you?
Under you?
Dependent on you?
Why?
Why do we have to endure your wrath?
Because you're frustrated?
Because we are voiceless?
Because we are convenient?
Why?
Why is it ok for us to be belittled?
Because we are your slaves?
Because we are trapped?
Because you can?
Why?
Why do we deserve this abuse?
Because you're spineless?
Because you're immature?
Because you're blind?

I felt your frustration and anger in the poem. For all the working class who ask these questions, we probably will never be told the answers we seek. All we can do is find the answers ourselves. Hopefully, one day we will be content and find a job we truly enjoy. Great job.
