Abortion

A Poem by Asderathos
"

Rationalized Madness Laid bare

ABORTION

Cinder sufferance,
Seeking rationalization
Without guilt's burden,
Faultless murder?
Death to new life
Not accepted
Faultless loss
Of Only
A Lifeless lump
Beating heart unheard
Abandoned
For a future unburdened
By humanity's purpose
Instead a cure to love
Is found
Through life's end

I like the flow of this piece. I also like the reference to Einstein.

Short, but powerful.
