Cloud's Dissolve

I LOVE the rain, but I got inspired by a friend on MySpace trying to write and (seemingly) epically failing hehe (so I posted this as a comment) She was rhyming rain with pain & that was about it. :P

CLOUD’S DISSOLVE

The Rain is a stain of pain on the brain of the people,
Feeling the world with every breath,
Steeling selves eternal against,
First sprinkling pin pricks
Then every glint,
Sharp enough a splinter to pierce a nerve,
Leaving it whole,
But shattered sight its self,
Is left, no avail against it,
With mere 2 dimensional shadows; No shield
To rays; blades that must be shown
Amidst storm's end.

You ever get a headache from the blinding bright reflecting glints & rays after a heavy rain? that's what I'm attempting to describe
