The skin can reflect the soul within,
Mine is torn
Ripped and burned,
Scarred and spurned
Blood Can Show
The heart’s intent
Mine is rent,
Pierced and pouring,
All into,
Cupped hands,
Overflowing

I really like this. Scars are more than just physical battles, they included emotional strains too. Very nice work. The format of the poem also kind of looks like a small dagger, which creates scars. I don't know if that was made or by accident, but it is cool either way.
