Angel eyes, Demon wings
Heart of gold, veins sterling
Cry for life un-livid
Weep for strife too vivid
Sing the song of forsaken souls
Screaming in the knight
Call for Betraying lovers, jilted
Turning from sight
Dream of all the sorrows
Felt within your heart
Wake to a Blinding sun rise
Remember whence it starts
The falling of the Black night
The rising of the star strewn sky
I can remember every tear
You’ve ever cried
But I’ve forgotten
The smiles on your face
Forgotten the sound
Of laughter in your voice
& joy in singing
