DROWNING FOR MORE Are you drowning down here with me? Amidst the twinkling night Blue, do you see that ring of light Do you think they sing? Amidst the hills and valleys Do you think they breathe? Deeply of the trees and flowers Would they stand and fight or flee like cowards Would they jump with fright seeing a sight like ours Alone in black, blue orb up high Breathless floating with hearts sunk amidst the night Feeling lost never seeing but for the world Filled with lives, we're only dreaming For more 1-24-08 122 © 2009 AsderathosAuthor's Note
