REST AND MOTION Soothing silence, screams the white and pale, To and from the black eclectic madness, To breathe calm into addled minds, Lost to the night sky, Now found in the daylight, To quell fears and hearten souls, For the world a new, Of dark and strange places, Your going tomorrow Ever and always The ne'er ending cycle A dance of rest and motion A balance Life's lost in 3-3-08 134
