Star child

Star child

A Poem by ~Sarah~ Idríel The Fair

Star child

A little child of mine is laughing and

gathering flowers beneath the trees.

Under the morning sun,

a little child of mine, is dancing on the field,

two stars as eyes and rosy cheeks!

Under the midday sun,

little child of mine, is playing with butterflies,

two stars as eyes and rosy cheeks!

Under the midnight’s moon,

little child of mine, is dreaming far away,

two stars as eyes and rosy cheeks!

A little child of mine is laughing and

chasing a bumblebee beneath the trees.

And the smile, the smile of the child

brightens the whole world of mine!
