The door to darkness

Close your eyes a while
The wind of darkness ties
Feels floating through strangeness
Feeling the world like a mirage.

Forms and colors are dreams
Wishes to lit a lantern
Where wolves hide along the path
Howling to terrify the soul.

Colors are empty dreams
The sky and the earth are wonders
Touching the body, feels the existence
The mirrors are sounds and smell.

Eyes are lantern in darkness
Where eyelids doors of emptiness
Far away sun and moon
Wishing splendorous feast to the world.

Closed eyes transfer you into a world without shape or colour. Imagine not being able to gaze at the night sky. No stars, no moon. And not being able to see the sun playing on a canopy of green leaves. This is where you transported me Arundass.

The world just isn't the same with your eyes closed.....it is like a mirage, colorless, only hearing strange sounds...however open your eyes and it is a different world; one can see the universe, the sun, moon and all the colors possible... "A feast to the world"....
