The King

The King

A Poem by Arundass TP
"

The King Cobra

"
Careless I move
Confident and powerful
Crawling aggressively
Through water and land.

I have a terrific hood, hypnotic
Never try to offend me
I am the world of death
Mysterious it is!

I don't care who you are
I dont care this world,
heaven or hell, I don't care
I am the fearless King of death.

A great portrayal of a natural wonder. I have a large snake that lives in the roof of my house that eats the bats and rats. I have given her a name and she is welcome. Granted she is not venomous but still at three meters she is a large guest. Loved the poem in its presentation of power and need for respect

You have captured in both word and imagery "the fearless King of Death" in this finely penned poem, dear T. P... A creature to be avoided at all costs! Lovely work! Thank you for sharing, dear poet..

It is the job of a good writer to write a description that can occur directly in a person's mind. you do this perfectly.
