Why did he cry?

Why did he cry?

A Poem by Arundass TP
"

Always!

"
Why did he cry?
Looking the rising moon
far away in the abyss of horizon deep
When the sun paints the sky reddish.

Why did he cry?
Looking the blinking stars
In the abyss of heaven
When the sky was painted in pitch darkness.

Why did he cry?
Looking vast ocean
Spreading beyond horizon deep
When the ocean was painted in greenish blue hue.

Why did he cry?
Looking vast mountains
Spreading beyond heavens
When the mountains are painted in greenish hue.

Why did he cry?
Looking vast deserts
Spreading beyond horizon deep
When the deserts are painted in golden hue.

Why did he cry?
Sitting alone silent
Spreading voice of silence everywhere, everytime
When colourless colors are painted beyond history and future.

Dear Arundass TP,
The tears for the imperfect painting,
sometimes we think, yeah, a portrait, or an inognination, will truce
our eyes, our vision, our desire, our feelings of yonder day,
but I like you say "the tears" so ever dismay, and perfection to my knowledg

It seems like the subject is experiencing a feeling of awe, something we’ve all felt before when looking at a work of art or nature that makes us reflect on our own delicate lives in the face of such grand and beautiful things. Lovely poem.

Hello T.P. and thank you for sharing this very finely penned poem. You sketch a beautiful palette of colour for your reader to feast on as you paint the most beautiful scenery for them to enjoy. I believe he cried because he fully realised the beauty of the world, but he had nobody to share it with and that cast a shadow on his future. Kudos on this very emotive write so delicately penned. I so enjoyed reading this wonderful poem, poignant and filled with beauty. Thank you so very much for sharing, T. P. Lovely work!

" Voice of silence " seems to say that he was crying because he was isolated.

At the edge of one's life, one may recognise that life would extend beyond oneself. Over the fences of human capability to perceive nature, a sight there lies waiting to be seen. Life beyond one's mortal comprehension eases one's temporal pain in death and remakes one's spirit into the essence to return to the worldly vat of our mutual origin, Tiamat's womb. That is the most idyllic end to a mortal life. Thank you for sharing your work, author Arundass TP.

Good question. With all the splendors of nature before him, why did he cry? I can only assume the lad was depressed.

He cries for the beauty of creation. The vastness and his own small place in it with his memories. A lovely piece Arundass. A word canvas of emotion and colours.
