A very powerful poem which imparts to me how the rich profit and become vastly wealthy and he poor live in the misery of a cold house! What an amazing contrast that is. The rich never think of those who have nothing compared with what they have and yet, the rich will never be as happy or content as the poor are with their lot in life. Excellently penned insightful poem. Thank you for sharing, T. P...
I think that many believe that the oil business is crammed with rich people...and this is probably true... and it is true that they flaunt their money, gamble their money away and don't even think of those who suffer with nothing...but some people must be in that business or we would not have heat, cooling, and other necessities.. it's a double edge sword.... nice!
Warmly, B

Really true, these industries mustbe there. Thank you friend 😊
I like the rhythmic flow within the chants and the beat. Short but benevolently accommodating, and it certainly has (for me) a childish sense of nostalgia reading poems made in this structure and scheme. Thank you for sharing your work, author Arundass TP.
Made me think of my two favourite motor cars the Austin Frogeye Sprite & any brand of Aston Martin .. extreme opposites but both beautiful .. dunno why :)
