This is the future
I have framed this poem pointing Printing Technology Industry.
A dine on printers table
Artificial intelligence scraping the old
The kings of knowledge are intelligent
Sipping a cup of hot coffee.
Machine's are running fast
The foreman sleeps in fantasies
The workforce washes their eyes
Robots are swift to handle.
Designs are template
Fonts are pixels
Colors are imagery
Robots on data entry.
Ebooks are read aloud
Crores of apps flooded
Paper sizes are just digital
Printing inks are obselete
There are no such things
The past is just a memory
Teaching is digitalized
Exams are digitalized.
Institute full of robots
Artificial intelligence on upper hand
The leaners are behind
Robots walking in front
Newspapers, Brochures, Advertisements
Newsletters, Invitations and Books
Translation's are high tech
Proof reading just a matter of second.
Did i hold a pen and paper inside classroom
They are thrown into waste bin
Voice recognition excels, transferring to data
Learners sit deaf and dump for hours.
Robots are Lecturers, Robots are instructors
Artificial intelligence rule the campus
Learners are robots, Controllers are robotic
Dictionaries are brief, with no mounting words
One day time comes where sunset is a dream
Time is just a fun to play with.
Workers are over energetic
Years passed, a voice announcedHUMANS are PROHIBITED!
Interesting poem. Can you imagine a world of AI? It would be both amazing and terrifying for humans. Especially when there is no need for humans. "One day time comes when sunset is a dream
Time is just a fun thing to play with.
Workers are overly energetic
Years passed, and a voice announced,Humans are PROHIBITED!" The printing industry is well equipped to perform human jobs. Eventually, there is no need for interaction. Your thoughts are well expressed.
Interesting poetic concept Arundass. No matter how the world creates it, I believe that having AI rule us will be a mistake. Let them operate the machines, but never let them operate our minds.
Good read my friend.

Interesting poem A, that's stirred a lot of comments. My take on AI is not as pessimistic or derogatory as many. It is a tool. And like all new technologies, it will be a destructive one, by which I mean, disruptive of older more entrenched means of production. That said, its not something I fear. Which, given my career choices, might seem odd. I've made a very lucrative life out of spinning words in the advertising world.
If the complaint is: that it will kill the arts. No, it won't. Creative thinkers will continue to think and create. Their passion for whatever it is they do will remain. If the argument is they won't be able to make a living at it, well until quite recently, no one did. The notion of artists as mega-successful entities is a current phenomenon. Let me ask you this: will you cease to write? I know I won't. Nor will the many who come here each and every day to post.
Photography was supposed to spell the end of painting. Television and movies, the end of novels. The internet, the end of scholarly research. But they all live on. As long as mankind exists, the urge to create will exist.
dictionaries will soon be extinct...
people's intelligence unnecessary...
AI is killing those of us who teach writing. They aren't learning when they use it...and it is getting too easy for them to do so.
One day all the poems I post on WC will be AI generated, I am getting tired of coming up with ideas myself.
:)))
Great poem here!

Sure, now itself ai poems are there on Google Play Store. Thank you friend 😊
A very fun read, but on the note of Artificial Intelligence, they can never replace humans completely -- They can be tools for faster executions of ideas but never can they be makers of proper stories. Being built upon a database means they are essentially reliant on us humans to set precedents for them to follow. Sure, the hysteria of Artificial Intelligence is quite the hot topic in the West, but if you by chance are a traveller in the truest of sense -- who travel for the sake of humanitary desires without relying on excuses for office hours, you'd have a great understanding of how vast the world is and how Artificial Intelligence wouldn't have the curiousity, nor desires to learn and explore it in wholeness. All things that could be mysteries or abstract arts, the AIs are mainly programmed to remove them from the database, as all things considered flawed to them. They sure do have the corporate sense of efficient work but do not possess the artistic sense as humans do. To ease your Artificial Intelligence hysteria, I advise you to look into places in the East where there are more activies that indulge in cultural desires more than they do formatted and digitalized work.
Or, just go out to the beach and seaside, sounds silly, but I promise you: AIs won't understand the fun in indulging in sunny days on the beach even if they are programmed to detect the best spots for seaside vacations on beaches. They can measure the heat and temperature in the wind but wouldn't feel the need to listen to what the wind whispers, they can measure the tides from the sea but wouldn't feel the need to hold and taste the seawater (Am I the only one who does this?), nor caress the water against a loved one's back. In short, AIs can't have fun as humans can, and that is one of the most fundamental and important flaws of AIs that are often dismissed. (This also means that they can't think ahead and all new possibilities hat may lead to new and better inventions for efficient work will be discarded by AIs -- Or even allowance to explore further methods for scientific purposes and trials for other projects.)
In summary: AIs are losers in terms of having fun. Lol.
Also, a very nice work, author Arundass TP, it's true in every sense about Artificial Intelligence on Western media nowadays.
