Angry Albatross

Ocean wastes kills all

Gliding around the globe
An Albatross sitting with reddish eye
Looking all around confused
Found man with a sack to throw.

Looking on every two legged souls
Gliding back with a curse
No one escape even jumping out to moon
The blue planet struggles for it's color.

Ocean's are hot with anger
Never fresh and cool it floats
Life underneath struggling
Swimming all over to get a safe zone.

Every atom underneath is polluted
That two legged devil's act of stupidity
Eating anything floating is risk
Takes anything to lead a life.

Albatross eyes are blurred with tears
Sitting far south, looking a giant whale
Even the ice blocks are rare
Wonders where there is a safe zone.

Do man tries to make blue planet, dark
Where each and every life rushing out behind curtains
The drama of life under Ocean's is going to an end
Albatross sat looking at the audience's.

You raise here a very important point about our oceans. Sadly the pollution is shocking. I have seen several programmes on tv where it was mind boggling, the amount of plastic that has been dumped, endangering wild life. It grieves me no end to think of sea creatures ingesting this stuff and dying because if it. Our species are wreckers of this planet. Your poem has stirred up my emotions. So well written and relevant.

I am really depressed to see dumping wastes in Ocean's around my place in Thalassery by various business people's. Really shocking. Even medical wastes are opened to Ocean's and seas. Nothing doing by authorities. Really shocking to see diesel film on top layer of seas. Thanks for supporting my poem. Have a nice day 😊
