Touching the heart of unknown world

Touching the heart of unknown world

A Poem by Arundass TP
"

The world beyond our imagination. The world called Bi-polar.

"
The room I sit is the safest place;
Locked the door and windows;
Felt a holy light in darkness;
ICan see few persons in the dark;
Advice a lot; laughs a lot;
Life seems wonderful, colorful moreover vibrant;
This world is a collection of foolish icons;
Careful, extremely;
Until the moon rises in the night;

I worked with people with schizophrenia for many years and I can't recall any that would speak this way. Sounds more like the manic phase of bipolar disorder. On the other hand, who can tell what someone in a delusional state might say? On still another hand, schizophrenia as used here might be a metaphor for something else.

Thank you friend ☺️
Nice piece! I could understand the depth of discovering safety and refuge found within the room, where its vitality sharply contrasts with the materialistic societal norms of the outside world.

So authentic and enlightening ATP. We all see things in the dark, some on a different level than others. It is not for one to judge. Memorable write.

Thanks. It's real experiences that are individual.
An interesting way of looking at this medical condition; you say it can have other causes.
