I Fell In Love With Someone Called Death

I Fell In Love With Someone Called Death

A Poem by Su' Nacnetaf
"

Dedicated dearly to Beth (not Death), the best nurse on Earth.

"
I once thought I had everything I wanted
until I met this girl who stole my breath
she was beautiful, gorgeous, would she talk to me?
I doubted,
would she listen? or would she slap me instead?
her eyes, her shadow, her poise
the mystery which engulfs her, I love it!
her lips, her bosom, but her voice?
I'm lying down, no sounds I emit.

She came to me one night
I was fully dosed, under meds
locked in the hospital, not alright
and I fell in love with someone called death.

This is quite the write here,
I'd say it's love that took your breath away.
To lie down and let love consume the soul
To die within a thousand deaths!
I like this I thought it was a wonderful write.
