Lady Rose

Lady Rose

A Poem by Su' Nacnetaf

I fell in love with this virgin
her name was Lady Rose
a beautiful girl made of sin
for whom I write this prose
I surrender myself to her
she doesn't know my name but I love her so
ah the way she refers to me as "monsieur"
makes me unable to ever tell her "no".

Lady Rose, if you could hear my pleas
maybe you could fall in love with me tonight
I beg you, my love, could you love me please?
I'll be your charming blue knight.

Beautiful poem! Virgin yet made of sin...love it. It shows me that we should look beyond the flaws and imperfections of another. Unearth the real person that lirks inside. Excellent read!

I really enjoyed this. I did feel that the second part of your poem was cut off. I was captivated by your character in the beginning, and I wanted to hear his pleas to her in more depth I suppose. Your character is pleading to his lady to hear his love for her and I didn't get enough out of him. Maybe you ment it that way to keep me guessing and wanted more... ;)

I love the words and the magic glistening in every phrase, but the structure doesn't feel right.
