No Place Like Home

No Place Like Home

A Poem by Su' Nacnetaf

The day's been long
and the sun is down
yet something's wrong
whenever I look around
Is it something I've forgotten?
Or something simply missing?
Has the soul begun to rotten?
Maybe something I'm dismissing?

Non important, nevertheless
let it slide or let it roam
if anything, I must confess,
God,
there's no place like home.
