Pretty good;

I can hear the singer pausing and inhaling where you inserted the commas.

I like the last line of the chorus. I'm interested to see how the questions will play out.

"And when you hold my hand..." ln 3 verse 3
I thought at first he was unknowingly the singer's love, but now I wonder if they are good friends?

I feel the presence of Michelle Branch.

Overall, it was nice. It further enforces the idea that it's the simplicity in songs that get the best of us.
