Oh My Love

Oh My Love

Oh my love
How I want to pour it
Over you

Each time I think of us drawing near
My heart pounds
And my senses are driven wild

At the thought of holding you tight
My soul quivers
My breath quickens

The dream of your touch melts me
Sending shivers up
And down my spine

Oh my love
How I want these thoughts
To become reality

My heart warms
At the slightest thought of you
It beats with delight

Butterflies flutter about you
And flowers blossom
As you stroll through the fields of my mind

My every sense is hightened
As my ears ring with the beauty
Of your voice as you call my name

Oh my love
The essence of your being fills the air
With a most delightful fragrance

When your heart smiles
I gasp
As you grow ever more beautiful

Your eyes, so deep
Gladden my soul
As I try to stare into their depths

You are like a song
Played by the angels above
Sweet, soft and beautifully intensifying

Oh my love
How I long
To see your face

How I long
To hear your voice
To feel your touch

How I long
To dance cheek to cheek
To embrace you wholly

How I long
To kiss your lips
Oh my love
