The Rise Of Behemoth

The Rise Of Behemoth

Calm, clear, smooth, glass
Subtle disturbance
Movement below
Towards the surface

The waters parting
Rippling, crashing away
Opening to reveal
A great being

Up, up it rises
Further and further
Past the surface
Shinning black and white

The giant creature
Makes its debut
In the world of air
It gracefully moves

The water pours
Drops off
Enormous dorsal
And pectoral

It sees a world
With clear view
Unhindered by the density
Of its murky underworld

The giant behemoth
Falls back, down
To its lair
Of darkest darkness

Having expressed it's joy
By breaking the crystal
He continues
The unending quest
