Divine

I approach her
My eyes dazzled by her looks
Her curves smoothing her beauty

My hand tingles as I touch her
She overwhelms my senses
As I stare upon her gleaming body

With a blazing orange
She is accentuated by the setting sun
My breath quickens

I lightly open the door
And slide in behind the wheel
Her leather molds to my body

Comforting and accommodating
She seats me
Taking a deep breath

I insert the key and turn
She rumbles to life
Sending shivers up and down my spine

A feeling of ecstasy overcomes me
At the sound of her exhaust
Thundering as I touch the gas

Applying the clutch I slide the stick into first
I can feel the horses under the hood
When I accelerate

4900 RPMs I shift
60 MPH I shift to fourth
Faster, Faster, Faster

90, 100, 110, 120
Energy courses through my veins
130, 140, 150, 160

I slow to a stop and put in the E. Brake
Then with a push of a button
She transforms

With the top down I crank the music
And cruise through town
People looking, wishing, wanting

I laugh and wave
My dream is made complete
In her

She purrs at my beckoning
She roars at my command
She is Divine

She is my beauty
She is my dream
She is my Divine
