Teach Our Children Well

Teach our children well,

and if we can't then,

only time will still heal

those who fall from the vine.

Do good unto all our thine

because it's only just in time

when oil separates from the wine.

When time plays out in reverse,

Cain shoulda known Abel

and all greed would provide.

Before God shakes our blind,

we teach our children well

and watch them do unto thine

as we separate from our kind.
