Whoever comes next

I wrote this after witnessing a joint BNP (British National Party) and EDL (English Defence League) rally which targeted people of different races and ethnic backgrounds, particularly Muslims,

They looked at a Muslim

and they told him to cover his face

because his people are savage. 

They looked at an African

and they told her to cover her face

because her people commit crime. 

They looked at a group of Jews

and they told them to cover their faces

because their people are greedy. 

Then they looked at me

and they smiled,

but still I covered my face.

I think people are b******s! Thats what I think. Different coloured skins, born in different countries, following different religions...We are all equal. And I wish that people would bloody get it through their thick skulls and learn that they are not better than another person, we are all equal.
Fantastic writing on such a terrible crime committed agaisnt people.
