SelfishA Poem by Number79Does it hurt to be just a little stingy?
Grabbing your attention,
Just to squeeze it dry. I want your eyes in my sights. Constantly. Grabbing your hand with irrelevant shackles, It'd be best if you were here. With me. Forever. Brand the lights with my name, It'll burn if you stare too long. It's mine. All mine. Take it or I'll give it to you. You're mine, one way or another. And I'll grab your attention somehow. Then, it'll be in my silly little pocket. Oh! There's a hole.. © 2022 Number79Author's Note
