TENSION!!!

Sometime it feels like everything is against you

The race of my heartbeat when terror lurks is interesting

The feeling of being engulfed in fear while courage yet subsists

A part of me seeks its harbingers and punish them

A part of me wants to subdue them with merciless pangs

Returning to them that which they had given 

Ensuring the pain they let out is reciprocated in multiple folds

But that would not yield anything

Everything needs to begin from within me

I will subdue any pressure which comes upon me

And I shall not be shaken by words or action

And whenever the tension comes I shall remain steady

You have given yourself the best advice here I think. Someone once said the best revenge is living well. I think it's also the best course of action in the face of insurmountable odds. Do the best you can and remain steady and strong and don't let things get you rattled. Remember, this too shall pass and there may be brighter days just ahead.
