Unending recursion

Unending recursion

A Poem by Quill
"

in the end we must all face the truth

"

The inability to question the obvious  detriment of expediency has begun to give me agita

While careful deliberations highlight the downside of such a life

The actions do not quite commemorate the narrative

Worse is these behaviors are being condoned and at times rewarded

Does this mean meaningfulness has completely been abdicated

Have we finally come to a time when the misnomers are now the acceptable

Are inherent values now skewed if not eradicated

In the end we have all just been misled

Being forced to foster the bias judgements of an elite few

Well I wouldn’t dare blame them for these happens on any level

Anyone would welcome the idea of others doing their will at any magnitude

Yet I can’t seem to stop being expectant of a time when we all live in truth
