Dissident CloutsA Poem by Quillto battle, or not to battle
The need for battle is one I never relished
A part of me wishes for eternal peace Now I find peace persists only after a war is won Without such battles there is a quiet storm A chaotic tempest that eats away the soul Battling hidden plagues is an eternal duty Ignoring them only supports their existence However I am often plagued with the technique to assign I am aware of the need for confrontation But I loose out on how to confront Do I use force or gentleness Do I be swift or lethargic am I to act on instinct or wisdom I Am afraid the next course of action eludes me How can I elect the next act For I fear the consequence of an imperfect choice The desire to act does exists But the act to perform is vague My mind suffers from unsolved puzzles Without clear convictions how does one survive Seeking council did me no favors Even the wise award conflicting resolutions I now come to an exhilarating verdict Each feat is tailored to each being I must pave my own path As I battle I learn And by learning I earn insight Such insight is attained upon primo reflection
