Mad Love

Mad Love

A Poem by Arms of Sleep

Crashing beauty
Breaking smoothly
The vicious heart that can't be won
Perfect haunting
Pure mad wanting
The lover's shout kept from the tongue
Timid pureness
Shifting sureness
An open wound within my chest
Shaming treason
Blaming reason
An ugly verse for my last breaths

Hmm, different. I like; particularly the last line.
