A poem for anxiety

Show the world your amour,

Show them what you're here for.

Display thine armour, chain built through,

Show them that your time is due.

Inhale, exhale,

Breathe without fail.

Let the light shine through the dark,

Ditch the hate and make your mark.

Allow the cogs to turn in thine own brain,

Don't let the world drive you insane.

Inhale, exhale,

Breathe without fail.

Don't let go dear, it's not your time,

Keep on upwards, keep the climb.

Just breathe my darling, see the light,

Don't give in, keep up the fight.

Inhale, exhale,

Breathe without fail,

Remember boats need waves to sail.
