Armé is a network for artists and a publishing firm. We want to publish and promote music and art, especially literature, that debate the big questions in life.

We want to spread contacts between artists that want to interact, make arrangements and readings, that have an inner core of beauty, the belief in and strength of love. What will happen if we get together?

We want to work for humanity through art and we are not afraid of art that shows the most dark sides of human beings to make us aware and conscious - one way to fight inhumanity. You can join us. We want to hear from you, we would love to read your texts or hear your music and spread the voice of your art or philosophy.

Armé wants to fight ignorance, racism, obscuriantism, religious fanaticism, war and hatred, and we believe in human dignity and love. We think that Modern Society and Western Culture is often treating other parts of the world, the poor and the weak, and nature itself with an arrogance that expresses an indisputable moral decline: the respectless treatment of the weaker people and Nature expresses the fact that human beings have moved away from a moral base, which is connected with natural dependency on Nature, that is now beeing destroyed along with human morality.

Here you can meet Sverre Kaels, an author that challenges fundamental categories as logic, time and space, and who confronts inhumanity, dream vs. reality, isolation, the medias.. forceful manipulation and construction of reality, the modern science potential capacity of inhumanity, the tragic project of civilisation in Afrika, death, the modern construction of identity, sexual abuse, inhumane political leadership, evolution, religious fanatism, human beings modern moral state, origin, kaos, psychosis, psychiatry: this grotesque life - in a surprising, "fantastic" and absurd way. We work together with the gifted leadsinger and composer of "The Drama" Jon Auring Grimm, who has a very special voice, forceful and pure, and is capable of making powerful music that confronts modern life, the grounds which can be difficult even to sense: rootless absurdity, construction of identity, endless search. The cartoonist and composer Uffe Kaels Auring seems provoking and bizarre in a more direct way and is able to present the hidden sides in human beeings with a direct and even childish humor, naked, but Uffe also captures the sadness and loneliness of this grotesque life: the naked, exposed human beeing. Another example of his ability to capture "the hidden in humans" is found in the critical essay on top of the page about the (danish) medias manipulation and USAs role in the Middle East, representing a different view - an example of that modern construction of reality which is mixed up with power and money, often letting humanity down. Henriette, who is also to be found on this site, is simply a writer whose honest heartbeating breath result in that pure beauty which is, at the same time, childish naivity and longing wisdom. It makes your heart beat with a tenderness you want to share, surprisingly reminding you of the obligation of sharing love, however, making that easy.

You are welcome to read some of Sverre..s mysterious short stories listed above. These stories and the novel "Forvandlingen" are the product of persistant work with feeling and thought for ten years, years with mental disease, and studies in philosophy, literature and historie, heavy, funny and sad. 1400 pages are ready for publication by Armé and Sverre is still writing persistently. Armé will publish his original novel "Forvandlingen" (which Sverre wrote in 2003), in 2008, a grotesque dream-like story about guilt and fear, a human beeings long term psychosis, the mix up of dream and reality, evil and love, the search for truth behind the normal moral belief in human beeings, the pressure from powers that you don..t know and can..t see...what will you find if you pressure a human beeing long enough, way beond normal convictions and humanity, deeper than you would wish to go: what will you do if you meet yourself down there or if there is no longer anyone to meet?

We hope to attract artists from the underground who want to be apart of a serious and ambitious forum, we want to spread a determined energy and joy that speaks to the heart or makes it sad and silent, and are now able to present the talented poets Lise Dilling, Kaare Bergh, Louise Bach and Anorá. Help us to spread good art whether it be provocative, funny, sad, absurd or simply too much; we are not afraid of beeing ambitious and different. Little by little as we get money, we intent to build up Armé, publish books and capture a voice to be heard.
