Angel Tears

Angel Tears

A Poem by Hunter Nolan
"

What happens when you see the love of your life in a state of despair?

"

I've seen angels cry and I don't want to again

I've heard painful screeches resounding in my head

I've seen angels cry and it feels like the world's gonna end...

It's not a matter of whats hurt her

It's more of who, and this time it isn't you

What a surprise. Look at my eyes and tell me why

Why I deserve to hold such a blessing

I've seen buildings fall

I've seen planes crash

I've seen children thrashed

And I've seen angels cry, now I've seen it all

This angel cries, I'm parlyzed

Just take it back and fall away

This angel won't stop crying

I've done to much to hurt her now

She's better off happily flying

Then having me destroy it all

Don't you worry, sweet angel

I won't cause your misery

Only one thing I ask

Is that you keep your love for me

I've seen angels cry

But now I'm gone

And she'll never cry again

I love this. I wish I could hear the music that goes along with it. It's a very musical piece. :)
