Sunsets

Sunsets

A Poem by Touché Armada
"

Perhaps something like a final sunset, just a thought.

"

Scraping in the ears like dragging feet
Telling the angry voices were too loud
The music too painful
Pianos too sad.
Universes, torn to drift harmonically
We cant catch sound,
tickling in our stomach with fading wings
We cant catch light,
Falling from clouds to broken earth,
We are
we are trembling,

Into hills empty of iron,
bled away in the air and raging waters.

a sadness and fragility quivers within the Poetics here -- and yet there is lightness -- you use words with contrast to image insightful realizations -- a final Sunset is yet beautiful if not tragic -- not with a bang but a whimper may be our Human lot but the rhapsodized Heart enraptured in a final burst of light is a divine song that shall drift harmonically in the Universe as a integral part of all that is -- who knows maybe that reverberation will be the key ingredient to a new more wondrous place and time in the great cosmic recycling of creation -- born again on a longing song of a long dead world! your phrases are unique Armada
