One Mothers Day

One Mothers Day

A Poem by Touché Armada
"

A softer world

"

One day for mothers day
my mother took me to the beach,
I still recall the sounds of the waves
coupled with heart beat.

Rhythm

Her womb was warm
the chill only just crept in,
sunlight made the black red
seagulls sounded different.

soft

My mother took me to the beach
one mothers day,
and left me there
still huddled in her womb.

safe.
