The Power of Love

Not really my strongest rhyme here. But tell me what you guys think.

It gives and it takes
It kills and creates
It patiently waits
To give its life.

It builds and breaks
It causes quakes
It destroys and makes
And cuts the heart like a knife.

It causes pain
It brings sunshine and rain
Makes the heart strain
The ultimate test in strife.

Its pain us real
Yet it also can heal
It can cause one to steal
Yet its worth the heavy weight.

For it means more good
For hardships it has withstood
And though its often misunderstood
Love is more powerful than hate.
