Sci-Fi

Sci-Fi-like kind of writing, I don't know what inspired it.

There are spider legs on the walls
The lights are dem
& the air is dull
there's one window
& there's a palm tree & a small island
This place holds enlightenment
Unknown civilization
The tiles are peeling off the floor
& There's a hole blocking my escape
In front of the door
No escaping from this surreal world
Of uncertainty.
