Morning-time Nervous Breakdown

Morning-time Nervous Breakdown

A Poem by Ariel Olivia
"

I was waking up and it rattled around in my head for a few minutes and then I wokeup and started to write it all down. It's not perfect, but I thought it was a little inspiring, I love morning-time.

"
the nocturnal beings are going to sleep
the sun is rising in the east
beautiful colors burst through trees
mysterious shapes, morning-time smells
colors set themselves up
on leaves, a setting of imagination
the world is coming alive
where the working man strives
their heads barely above water
floating down the stream of life
tomorrow might be better
a dew sets on the ground
discovery of a place unknown
it's a tired state of mind
things to be done, things to be said
listen closely to all the sounds
but watch out...
for this world might break you down.

Very respectable, dear Ariel. I like how it just fits into what is defined, well... to me it is, a normal life. I like it.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review :)
Very true words. Nice expressive poem. Please note - "the nocturnal beings are going to sleep". No apostrophe needed here! Otherwise, thanks, I enjoyed reading it.
