Welcome to Hell

Inspired by Family Guy xD

A white light flashes,
Opening doors greet you.
A man dressed in black,
At the door, comes to meet you.

Looking around you,
You see nothing but black.
Black tables, black chairs,
Color is what the room lacks.

Its extremely hot,
Hotter than the sun.
But your skin doesn't burn,
So you don't bother to run.

Snake aquariums are on
The left and the right.
Filled with venom,
Born to cause fright.

Chains hang from the ceilings,
While screams echo throughout,
The building, so loud,
You wonder what thats about.

Something is wrong,
That much you can tell.
The man closes the door,
Saying, "Welcome to Hell."

I enjoyed this piece and especially the revelatory ending, but the title gave it away prematurely, perhaps you could title it simply "Welcome"?

The fourth Stanza simply wasn't as strong as the rest, probably from the right/fright rhyme. Perhaps a different rhyme would render better?

Overall the black humour of the piece is excellent.

I love it! It reminds me of the dark times of my life, its kinda the same to me, since its the feeling of the poem I love the most. And I love the disruptions, its so cool how you keep using black as the adjective, its so cool, I love the color black!
A very good flow, and the whole atmosphere as well!
