A Poem by Ariel Nicole

She lays on the ground
While thorns and vines surround her
Danger all around
And still noone has found her
Her tears have dried
And she feels no pain
Her spirit has died
Because she is almost insane

She lays in silence
Regretting her defiance
Nothing left in the world
Except her little girl
Her body is so cold
But there is no onw to hold

She lays in the damp growth
Thinking about how she trusted the lies
Wishing she hadnt taken the oath
And now she was going to die
All she can do now is cope
Waiting, waiting, filled with doubt
Just as she is about to lose hope
She hears a sound, she hears a shout
