rim frost

A Poem by ArielMicheline

fiendishly she quoted me

the dissidence between the "we"

i was left laughing, lilting cosmically

disdain in her voice

echoing furtively

lost on a path to righteousness

railing against all i am

internally

you are driving me

mad down a line of time without

space

the pace imperative declarative

sentence structure

the strength i muster

over your dislike

an entourage

of baggage at the claim
