drizzle

drizzle

A Poem by ArielMicheline

she trickles

warmth worn deeply

esoteric in its nature awaiting

for the surprise ending

i cannot fathom the word no

please do not utter it aloud in my presence

my desire burns brighter than all your

volcanoes combined

skyward bound i am mount vesuvious

taking out small villages with the melee of lava

i set free upon the land

i trickle

warm and worried

over the yes or no behind your eyes
