steam

steam

A Poem by ArielMicheline

eyes lowered she stares

calculating the risk of extracurricular

activities

i clench my teeth and slither sidebound

round her body

fingers issuing staccato beats down

backside curving just so

her hips are singing to me

issuing forth a falsetto of promises

diluted to the nth

power i took her

cold shower with the heat

streaming

unseemly in my demise

the rumble of satisfaction outlasting

the keening of my heart
