Die Loving You

Tonight my heart aches,

Because I can’t be there with you.

It’s a battle my heart

Must constantly go through.

 

It makes me weak,

But that’s not fair to you.

I’ll hold on as long as I can.

I’ll pray I make it through.

 

The need to feel your arms

Is so strong, most times.

It’s physically painful,

Not to be able to look into your eyes.

 

I love you with everything that I am.

The thought of that not being enough

Is hard to withstand.

 

I’ll wait forever, if I must.

I’ll do what I have to do.

And even if it kills me,

I’ll die loving you.
