With this piece, I had some fun trying to rhyme that last word of each stanza. It may or may not make sense, but it was still fun to write.

Every lie you told,

I fool heartedly believed.

Every glance you cast,

I wrongly percieved.

Every word of love,

was misconcieved.

Ever chance you had,

you decieved.

Every monster within me,

you've retrieved.

Every string of my heart,

you've managed to unweave.

Every chance I get,

I reprieve your memory.
