anger tends to be unreasoning... and yet its blow-up is often directed toward what would normally be just an annoyance and not the root cause of the emotional upheaval - especially when we really look into what we are really angry about... and collateral (in every personal sense) damage can't be apologized away.
I find it amazing that the people who fuel our writings are the ones who hurt us most.
