Wishing

For all those who are constantly wishing...

Late at night,

all alone.

Wishing for someone

to call my own.

Your face appearing

in my mind.

Hoping for a chance

to make you mine.

Will my words of adoration

scare you away?

Or will their romantic flow

make you stay?

Will you confess to me

they way you feel?

Will you profess

a love so real?

I long to hold you tightly.

To whisper these words in your ear.

Could a happy future be near?

Or is it me wishing?
